Provide accurate account, contact and delivery information. Keep your account password confidential and do not use the website for fraud, unauthorized access or activities that interfere with its operation.

Choosing Products

Before ordering, check the product’s SKU, size, color, version, specifications and included items. Similar product names or appearance do not guarantee compatibility. Contact us if a product detail is unclear.

Use and install products according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Seek qualified assistance where installation requires specialist knowledge or equipment.

Prices, Payment and Orders

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Review the products, available payment methods and total charges shown at checkout before placing an order.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. Fulfillment remains subject to payment confirmation, product availability and correct delivery information. If a material pricing, description or availability error affects an order, we will contact you about the next steps or cancel and refund the affected item.

Changes and Cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes may not be possible once it has shipped. If the order has already been delivered, our returns policy applies.
