The Pearl Izumi Expedition PRO Gravel/XC Shoes have the versatile performance that make them an excellent choice for a wide range of riding applications. A breathable and rugged synthetic upper features an asymmetric design that wraps the foot in a comfortable and secure hug, and dual BOA fit systems with textile laces and flexible lace guides gives the wearer plenty of adjustability to get the perfect fit. A full carbon fiber sole ensures all of the power is channeled through the shoes to create forward propulsion, and rugged TPU rubber will protect the carbon fiber and provide confident grip on the pedal’s surface and when moving around off of the bike. Other finishing touches like a reinforced toe bumper protect the feet and long cleat slots make it easier to find the right cleat position to ensure the feet are as comfortable as possible over any terrain and wherever the rider wishes to go.
