SDG Open Core Thrice Lock-On Grips (Black/Gold)

SDG Open Core Thrice Lock-On Grips Description:

The SDG Open Core Thrice Lock-On Grips blend incredible comfort and control with the security of a lock-on style grip. Removing a section of the tapered internal core adds extra conformity and dampening so the grip feels more natural in the hand. That tapered internal core and the single inside lock ring let the grip slide on to the bar for fast installation and once the lock-on collar is tightened down the grip will not move. Finally, a flared outer end and a 1/4 flange, several different patterns in the grips surface, and the oval profile deliver incredible all-condition grip and reduced hand fatigue so the rider can more easily maintain control of the bike for the duration of the ride. Sold in pairs.

Features:

• Grip engineered to deliver the comfort of a slip?on grip with the added security of a lock?on collar
• Tapered inner core plus a single low profile lockring allows for easy installation and excellent grip security
• A section of the internal core is removed to create the Open Core Zone that lets the soft, 20A durometer rubber outer layer naturally conform to the hand for better bar feel and less hand fatigue
• Ovalized profile enables a more natural hand position
• Ramped and undercut texturing on the bottom side of the grip are shaped to “grab” the fingers for outstanding all weather grip
• Thin ribs on the inner section of the grip surface locks the inner part of the hand in place and improves comfort and dampening
• Diamond pattern and file pattern on the top of the grip add more multi-directional traction while being preventing hot spots in the palm of the hand
• 1/4 flange protects the area between the thumb and pointer finger without interfering with the ability to operate the brake levers, dropper post remote, shifter, or anything else attached to the handlebar
• Flared outer edge prevents the hand from sliding off the outside of the bar and increases the leverage on the bar for better bike control
