The RD-M8250 brings wireless XT Di2 shifting and Shadow ES chain stabilization to a protective low-profile rear-derailleur design. A skid plate, wide link structure and shielded pulley cage are built around trail use.
This is the medium-cage GS version for a 9–45T cassette, with a listed 36T chain-wrap capacity. The SGS version serves a different range. The XT Di2 battery is sold separately, so confirm the battery, shift switch and drivetrain requirements when assembling the system.
